IMPORTANT NOTICE
On the 5th of March 2025, the four (4) year term of office of the current Executive Committee of Convocation (CONVEX) comes to an end in terms of the (s59 (1) of the Institutional Statute. In terms of s60 (2) of the Institutional Statute, members of Convocation are to be duly advised of the nomination and voting of new members of the Executive Committee of Convocation (CONVEX) to be announced during the Elective Convocation General Meeting scheduled for the
22nd of February 2025.
NOMINATION PROCESS
NOMINATION
Nomination for the 6 members to the Executive Committee of Convocation (CONVEX) for the period 2025-2029 opened on the 27th of January 2025 and will close on the 9th of February 2025.

SUBMISSION
Please ensure that you fill the nomination form and upload it on the link below with the following attachments. Abridged CV of the Nominee, Nominee Photo and a Motivation (indicating competencies & experience of the nominee).

ELIGIBILITY
i.) This nomination process is open to members of the Convocation only [s58 (1) of the Institutional Statute].
ii.) Current Employees and students of the University are not eligible to be nominated as candidates for the positions of President or Vice President of the Convocation [s59 (6) of the Institutional Statute].
iii.) Members of the Management Executive Committee of the University are not eligible to serve on the Executive Committee of the Convocation [s61(6) of the Institutional Statute].
