Biography

Ms. Ayabulela Zimbini Gxasheka is an accomplished educational practitioner with a Bachelor of Education Degree and Bachelor of Education Honours Degree from the University of Fort Hare. She serves as a pedagogical practitioner, demonstrating her commitment to educational excellence and leadership. Gxasheka’s leadership roles include serving as Academic Officer at the Education Faculty Council and as Deputy Secretary of SADTU’s East London Branch. She has also contributed to her community as a Communion Stewardess at the Methodist Church. Her commitment to ethical leadership, teamwork, and community development defines her approach to education and leadership. Gxasheka’s dedication to academic growth and her leadership expertise make her an ideal candidate for the Additional Member position.
